Watermelon Fennel Margarita

For this fruity summertime margarita:

Combine 1 oz Watermelon + Fennel + Lime Shrub

with

2 oz Tequila

Top with Sparkling Mineral Water

Add ice, shrub mixer & tequila to glass, top with sparkling water, carefully pour into shaker and back into glass for a quick mix + garnish with lime
