Spiked Fall Coffee
• 1 oz Plum + Date + Rosemary Shrubwell
• 1 oz Coffee Liqueur (try Mr. Black)
• 1.5 oz Bourbon (try Knob Creek)
• 1 egg white + a splash of Plum Shrubwell (use aquafaba for vegan alternative)
• A toasted marshmallow
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a glass with ice and stir to chill
- Add egg white + a splash of Plum Shrubwell to a shaker and do a dry shake (without ice) for about 20 seconds
- Add ice and shake for another 20 seconds, then strain over the cocktail to add a nice creamy topping
- Garnish with a toasted marshmallow and fresh rosemary
