Spicy Paloma


• 1 oz Grapefruit + Sage + Hibiscus Shrubwell

• 2 oz Mezcal

• 1 Jalapeño (sliced)

• Top with Club Soda

• Garnish: Salted Rim and Jalapeños

- Rim your glass with Sea Salt 

- Add first 3 ingredients to your glass and muddle to release flavor and heat from the peppers
⁣⁣
- Add ice and top with club soda
⁣⁣
- Stir and garnish with a few more jalapeño slices
