• 1 oz Cognac
⁣

• .5 oz Ginger Liqueur
⁣
• Top with Sparkling Wine
⁣

- Combine first 3 ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously
⁣

- Strain into chilled coupe glass
⁣

- Top with sparkling wine
⁣

- Garnish with pineapple leaves
