SMOKED PIÑA COLADA

• 1 oz Pineapple + Tamarind + Ancho Shrubwell
• 2 oz White Rum
• 1 oz Coconut Milk
• Top with Club Soda

- Combine first 3 ingredients in a blender (you can also use an immersion blender or shake the cocktail aggressively)
- Blend until emulsified and creamy
- Pour over crushed iced
- Top with club soda and stir
- Garnish with a lime
