Shrub Vinaigrette 

Use any of our shrubs as a base for a salad dressing or marinade, their unique flavors may just inspire your next favorite meal!
For a Shrub Vinaigrette, use 1 part Shrubwell to 4 or 5 parts oil, depending on your taste. Add salt & pepper and shake vigorously to emulsify before pouring over a salad or marinating meat.
Here’s a refreshing salad full of summer produce to get you started!

For the vinaigrette:
• 1 oz Watermelon + Fennel + Lime Shrubwell
• 4 oz Oil
• 1 tsp dijon mustard (optional)
• Salt & Pepper

For the salad:
• Cubed watermelon
• Grilled zucchini
• Sliced cucumbers
• Crumbled feta
• Chopped pistachios
• Lettuce
• Avocado
• Diced red onion
