Plum Pisco Punch

For this rich + piney cocktail:

 

Combine 1 oz Plum + Date + Rosemary Shrub

with 

1.5 oz Pisco

and

1.5 oz Prosecco/Sparkling Wine

+

Top with a Splash of Seltzer

 

Add ice and all ingredients to cocktail glass, stir to combine + Garnish with Rosemary

If you’d like to make this in a big punch bowl for a party, simply combine 1 big bottle of the Plum + Date + Rosemary shrub (16oz), a full bottle of Prosecco or sparkling wine, a full bottle of Pisco (750ml), 1 can of seltzer (12 oz), and about 5 cups of ice.
