Pineapple Vodka Martini

For this tropical martini:

 Combine 1 oz Pineapple + Tamarind + Ancho Shrub

with 

2 oz Vodka

and 

.5 oz Dry Vermouth

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously + strain into chilled martini glass + garnish with a pineapple slice
