Pineapple Mezcal Sour
• 1 oz Pineapple + Tamarind + Ancho Shrubwell
• 1 egg white
• 1.5 oz Mezcal
• .5 oz Amaro
- Combine ingredients in a shaker and do a dry shake for about 20 seconds
- Add ice and shake for another 15 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a dehydrated orange
