Orange Elderflower Shrub Cocktail

For this sparkling citrus cocktail:

 Combine 1 oz Orange + Carrot + Ginger Shrub

with 

2 oz Vodka

and 

1 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

+ Top with Seltzer

 

Serve over ice + Garnish with an orange slice

* For a nonalcoholic option, simply replace the liquors with sparkling elderflower lemonade or just use seltzer!
