Orange Caraway Creamsicle
For this creamy + herbal cocktail:
Combine 1 oz Orange + Carrot + Ginger Shrub
with
1oz Vodka
and
1oz Aquavit
+
1 Egg White
Combine the shrub, vodka, aquavit and egg white in a cocktail shaker, dry shake (without ice) + Fill shaker three-quarters full with ice and shake vigorously until the egg white is incorporated and frothy (at least 30 seconds) + Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
